#3. The Drawstring Bag is handmade in our New Zealand Studio.

The classic drawstring or bucket bag is a definite wardrobe staple and Luna’s revised take embodies the brands ethereal energy.
Inspired by the Colombian Wayuu bag, the circular base of thick, structural New Zealand cowhide is texturally contrasted with the soft, supple New Zealand Deer Nappa that creates the body of this piece.
The ancient technique of whip stitching is artfully executed around the base giving added structure. The drawstring and adjustable cross body straps are created with a cowhide leather bolo cord – which is easily tied into your required length, featuring a large tassel on either side.

We handpick each leather hide, finding the best colour and quality possible.
As every Luna bag is made to order, it may take up to 2 weeks from date of purchase for you to receive your bag.
